Frequently Asked Questions

Everyone's needs and circumstances are different so unfortunately it is not possible to give up front quotes. Relational Coaching fees are paid session by session. There are no deposits, advance fees or course costs. Please contact us for our latest fee information. 

The number of sessions required depends on your goals. If you are looking for a simple solution to assist with a specific situation (like, help me write a letter to my father) then you may only need one session. Other life circumstances may require more intensive or extended work. The choice is yours!

I do spend a lot of time listening, but it is never just listening for listening’s sake!
I listen so that I can summarise back to you and help you hear what you are saying from my standpoint. 

I listen so that I can see trends and patterns, and point those out. 

I listen so that I get the full story, so that you don’t have to repeat yourself (and I’ll point it out if it is needless repetition). 

I listen to both sides. 

I listen for what isn’t being said (and I’ll often ask about that)! 

I listen so that I can point it out if you aren’t listening!

I listen in a way that helps you organise your thoughts, understand your feelings, and develop plans for a better future. 

So yes, I do actually help!

Firstly, I understand that you and I are different! That means I don't assume that what works for me will work for you!

Secondly, I understand the science and the art of what makes people tick! I understand the underlying patterns! That means that you and I working together should be able to figure out ways forward!

Thirdly, I've been doing this for a while now (since 2005). 

Fourthly, I genuinely want the world to be a better place and if I can help you with that we are all winners!
