Setting up Relational Coaching back in 2005 was the natural next step in living out my commitment to healthy people and communities. 

Relational Coaching owes a lot to my wife and family who encourage and support me in this work. I'm also thankful to the many who have taught, mentored, coached, and occasionally confronted me throughout my life and studies in theology, counselling and in my research on mental health and wellbeing in older men. 

It is a profound privilege that my clients trust me with the issues they bring to Relational Coaching. May they always find me worthy of that trust.
